This web-based POS application is made to cater the need of POS system for company who is running POS with multiple tenants. This application contains sales transaction module which is usually used by cashier, reports and summary modules usually used by the supervisor or manager, master module to ensure master table dynamic user control and site admin core module to let you fullly control the user group, user and group privileges.

To enhance integration for clients with separate sales counter and management office, this system provide export/import feature to let sales cashier closing their transaction after their shift and export it into a diskette to be taken into the supervisor. Later on the supervisor may import the data to the back office computer and use the data for reporting needs, both for the management and for tenants.
The system also provides history audit trail to ensure the capability of tracking back the changes made to the most of used tables. Database backup and housekeeping features are also included in the system.

As any other usual POS system, sales counter module has been integrated with POS printer and Customer Display to make it look professional POS.

Application develop on Microsoft Platform, running Windows 2000 Server with Microsoft SQL Server 2000 as the database tier and Visual Basic COM as the middle-tier and Active Server Pages as the script language for the front-tier.

Client computer only needs Internet Explorer Browser version 5.5 or above to run all application. To meet application user need for shortcut, this application also provide user with shortcut hotkey assigned to frequently-used features.

Reports are dynamically generated from the database by running Crystal Report. These reports of course need to be customized for each different company.
