In alignment with ISO standard procedure and in order to ensure all employee accessing the appropriate latest version of certain documents with adequate access privilege, Summarecon group decided to have Menaravisi develop a web-based document information system focusing on quality management documents under several categories.

The objective of this project is to build a web-based document information system that contains corporate standard procedures documents published by the authorized department and browsed by authorized users from various registered departments corporate-wide. The published documents will be in PDF or other portable file format meaning that the document versioning will be managed separately by the operator. The being developed system will only retain the final result of those documents, either it is in PDF, JPG, PNG, or other formats. At a pilot project, this system is implemented for Kelapa Gading Mall and Summarecon Mall Serpong.
