Answering the challenges of shifting market of mobile phones where more and more market share occupied by made in China products, Diangraha decided to open itself and go multi brand products, both for services and sales units.

The main objective of this project is to develop more integrated sales and service application as well as interfacing feature with the third-party developed Application server. The application should be able to support the Diga products (multi product range including mobile phone, modem, notebook etc) services business flow, Service Order with IMEI detection by IMEI Header, registration process covering 2 (two) IMEI numbers and Warranty Card number, as well as other brand with different work flow. All the newly registered records should be mirrored to Application server via web service process.

Built on same core system as previous version and enriched with several upgrades done recently including Faulty Material, multi-brand, distinct workflow for made in China products which does not have unique IMEI, as well as alert system and additional reporting. In brief, this version is the hybrid of the latest version with customized old features applied during Siemens Mobile products. Offline desktop application was also developed and prepared to anticipate the remote service point with unstable Internet connection to be able to do service registration and under repair processes.  This offline desktop can do synchronization with the online server both on schedule and manual basis.
