Menaravisi to re-engineer the application to create more robust data distribution and synchronization as well as enrich the application with SMS and Email alert features to enable managers access important information easily anytime anywhere. The main objectives are to provide more control of Service Point activities. The expected control will be made by developing alert system via several media such as web, email and SMS.

Retaining the main core of the already proven services, stock inventory, internal sales and reporting system, we need to dismantle IMEI related features such as IMEI List, IMEI History etc since these products does not have unique IMEI anymore. They have double serial no (SN) and ESN. Product model type can not be detected from IMEI anymore. Several reports need to be exported to interface to the Huawei internal system. Additional business process to cover Faulty Material was added too.
