The purpose is obviously to enhance its marketing channel besides offline channel. This corporate website should provide prospective buyers or investors with all information of its remarkable previous and on going property projects, complete with picture gallery, how to get there, a complete site plan, marketing promotions, etc.

The look and feel should reflect a world-class and environmental-friendly property developer. So, “Back to Nature” theme was used in every aspect of the design, hybrid with minimalist style for content section. The design is to meet Summarecon Serpong’s vision, this web also campaign that Summarecon Serpong builds not only the property, but also all the needed supporting facilities from a family shopping mall, lifestyle cafés and restaurants, environmental-friendly residential area, bringing better living and better future for its customers and even their next generation.

This website also powered with a tool to easily update and maintain the web content so that product information and related information/services dissemination are centralized using MDCM (Menaravisi Dynamic Content Management) Corporate edition to manage Summarecon Serpong’s projects. Therefore, marketing and management people to easily manage and maintain their web site, without much technical expertise in the Internet. Enriched with photo gallery manager, this customized version of MDCM also includes basic features of MDCM Corporate Edition such as News, Articles, Events and Contact modules.
