To better assist its fast growing mobile device division, Dian Graha decided to reengineer its service center system to take advantage of the Internet technology and further reach its scattered service centers.
Understanding the nature of distribution and service network which has scattered service centers in the cities around the country to faster serve the customers, it is important to have robust yet efficient customer care system which can be easily accessed, without compromising the security, throughout those plenty of different service level service centers. This web-based service center system should provide up-to-date and centralized database, which is accessible from the Internet as the chosen communication medium. Branch and SMDCC offices will be provided with scheduled database update to the central database.
